Chef Emma Phillips

Chef Emmanuella “Emma” Phillips is from the French island of Martinique. Her Caribbean background gives flair to many of her masterful creations, which are also a fusion of various cuisines inspired by her frequent travels to Paris, Spain, Jamaica, Mexico, Haiti, Canada, the Bahamas and the continental United States.

Chef Emma’s passion for food developed at a very young age. She enjoyed watching her family and friends gather in the kitchen to cook festive and elaborate meals for guests and special occasions. At the age of 12 Emma moved to the United States, and later pursued a degree in Business Administration at Trinity International University; she is also a graduate of the Culinary Arts Program of the Institute of Technology in Fort Myers, Florida. Her passion and ambition propelled her to flourish as a caterer and entrepreneur in the region of Southwest Florida.

Chef Emma is a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association (APPCA), she is fully insured and food safety certified with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Chef Emma is happily married and the proud mother of two, she is a resident of Lee County and enjoys volunteering her time to her local church and various youth organizations teaching classes on table etiquette and cooking.

Chef Lyonel St-Croix

Chef Lyonel, a native of the tropical and paradise like Island of the Bahamas developed a passion and enthusiasm for cooking at an early age. His desire to encourage and promote a lifestyle of healthy eating while maintaining flavor is fundamental in his preparation and delivery of gourmet meals.

His training in the Culinary Arts program at Cape Coral Institute of Technology combined with the wealth of experience gained from working at well-established companies such as Gate Gourmet, South Seas Island Resort and Cypress Wood country club has given him a well-rounded approach to various cuisines. The knowledge and expertise gained through more than 20 years in the hospitality industry is an invaluable asset that Chef Lyonel brings to every client.

In addition to his professional work, Chef Lyonel serves as a volunteer leader at his local church and enjoys gardening and remodeling homes. He is a long-time resident of Lee County where he calls home with his beloved wife and three beautiful children.
